Malaysia
This season we have seen a flush of new work from our recently set up Malaysian branch, including a promotional travel agency website for a highly popular seaside destination www.langkawiguide.com and an online new and used car trading company set up by a group of young, enthusiastic traders www.motorzon.com.

Langkawiguide.com has seen their potential clients coming from all over the world since the launch of their website. With the latest Flash and AJAX technologies applied, effective user interface has helped prompt enquiries to be made online. We are currently working on a full online booking system to be set up in the near future.

In the past years, we are privileged to be chosen as the sole IT support and service company for the established The Original Box Sash Windows Company in Windsor (www.boxsash.com). Our relationship is going strong with the newly installed Paperless Documentation System. A One Day training was conducted to the administrative team and was received successfully. Full PDS hardware installation now available at iosc.NET at a cost only £800 and accompanied by one-day full staff training including the equipments.
The company director's wish of promoting paperless office has taken one step further with their now fully operating Web-based Open Source Portable Pricing System (OSPPS) which our developers have spent past months working on. Interactive, back-to-back feedbacks and upgrades from both the Boxsash sales consultants and iosc.NET have proven a success with the launch of the system.
One of the leading sales consultants from The Original Box Sash Windows Company, Russell Wilcox has since been an active user of OSPPS since its launch. He could not be more satisfied," I am very impressed with the new customer pricing system. Its brief was to be simple to use, so as to facilitate the transfer from the old paper system to an autonomous laptop system for each sales consultant. During the initial tests and feedback stages, iosc.NET responded very quickly to any developments that we required. The result has been a great success, providing customers with a swift automated system and cutting down on back office administration."

In house, iosc.NET is actively developing Company Internal Portal and Customer Relationship Management System - CoPlatform.com which will promise both existing and potential clients a customized application. CoPlatform.com is aimed to offer an alternative, or rather an upgraded version of the existing Window based applications, which in many ways more user friendly and come with 24/7 user support provided by iosc.NET. CoPlatform.com will be up and running by August, and a reasonable subscription fee will apply.
Spring 2007 has proven to be productive and rewarding months for both iosc.NET and our clients. Two new staff are now employed at iosc.NET (Malaysia) which is based in the valley city of Ipoh, Malaysia to cope with increasing workload in the far east.
iosc.NET understands the importance of IT to ensure a smooth and successful running of most Small and Medium (SME) businesses. For more information on FREE review on your company IT services and solutions please call us on
